摘要
通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射分析技术(XRD)等研究了不同的湿磨时间(分别为18 h、24 h、30 h和36 h)对YG8烧结硬质合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在5 MPa压力下1 723 K保温1 h烧结,湿磨时间为36 h,硬质合金合金综合性能最好:其密度为14.71 g/cm^3,HRA90.1,平均强度达3 560 MPa,钴磁7.2%,矫顽磁力15.8 kA/m。在一定范围内,随着湿磨时间的延长可使再生硬质合金强度分布的离散性降低。
In this paper, the effect of wet-milling time (18 h, 24 h, 30 h and 36 h, respectively) on microstructure and properties of YG8 reclaimed cemented carbide was investigated by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction analysis and so on. The results show that the optimized properties are obtained, whose density, HRA, average bending strength, Co-% magnetism and coercive force of reclaimed cemented carbide were 14.71 g/cm^3, 90.1, 3 560 MPa, 7.2%, 15.8 kA/m, respectively, when the wet-milling time is 36 h at a pressure of 5 MPa and a temperature of 1 723 K for an hour. With incremental increases in wet-milling time, the discrete distribution of bending strength decreases.
