内蒙古跨境电子商务发展困境与对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Development of Cross-border Electronic Commerce in Inner Mongolia

跨境电子商务现在已经成为对外贸易的重要手段,全国各地都在如火如荼的开展,内蒙古地区地处中俄蒙三国交界处,开展跨境电子商务有地域优势。但是存在基础设施不健全,信息化水平不高,企业信息技术使用率偏低,物流中心建设缓慢,仓储管理有待规范,通关流程有待简化,品牌意识薄弱等问题。解决这些问题的策略是:继续加大对基础设施和信息化的建设力度,转变思想观念用技术武装头脑,培养符合内蒙古跨境电子商务需要的专业人才及推进信用体系建设,健全信用监管服务体系。

Cross-border e-commerce has now become an important way of foreign trade. All parts of the country are carrying out this activity enthusiastically. Inner Mongolia is located at the junction of China, Russia and Mongolia, which has geographical advantages in carrying out cross-border e-commerce. However, there are some problems, such as imperfect infrastructure, low level of informatization, low utilization rate of enterprise information technology, slow construction of logistics center, non-standard warehouse management, complex customs clearance process and weak brand awareness. To solve these problems, the author proposes corresponding solutions: continue to strengthen the construction of infrastructure and informatization, change our thinking and concepts, arm our minds with advanced technologies, cultivate professionals needed for cross-border e-commerce in Inner Mongolia, promote the construction of credit system, and improve the credit supervision service system.
