博物馆影像数字资源版权保护技术探讨

Discuss on the Copyright Protection Technology of Digital Image Resources for Museums

[目的/意义]旨在为影像数字资源版权保护提供参考。[方法/过程]研究数字水印、数字指纹、数字版权管理等数字影像版权管理领域主流技术、模式和协议的发展情况,分析国外数字影像版权管理的应用和发展现状,并对中国国家博物馆数字影像版权管理体系的建设进行构思。[结果/结论]数字版权保护技术和管理模式的协同使用对博物馆数字版权保护能够起到较好的效果。提出可从技术标准体系和管理系统框架2个方面着手实现中国国家博物馆数字资源版权保护体系建设。

[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for the copyright protection of digital image resources.[Method/process] The paper studies the development of mainstream technologies,models and protocols in digital image copyright management area such as digital watermarking,digital fingerprint,digital copyright management,analyzes the application and development of digital image copyright management in foreign countries,and conceives the construction of digital image copyright management system in National Museum of China.[Result/conclusion] The cooperative use of digital copyright protection technologies and management patterns can play a better role in digital copyright protection of museums.The paper puts forward that the construction of copyright protection system of digital resources in National Museum of China can be realized from two aspects:technical standard and management system framework.
