Innovative Public Security Intelligence Work under the Background of Smart Policing

[目的/意义]旨在为智慧公安背景下创新公安情报工作提供参考。[方法/过程]从集约化、智能化、可视化3个方面,对智慧公安背景下创新公安情报工作进行阐述,提出创新公安情报工作框架设计的思路。[结果/结论]提出情报工作顶层设计、情报部门工作职能重构、数据收集的自动化、数据驱动的知识发现、多元主体合作、建设运营和维护保障体系等方面建议。

[Purpose/significance] The paper aims to provide references for innovative public security intelligence work under the background of smart policing.[Method/process] From the three aspects of intensification,intelligence and visualization,the paper describes the innovative public security intelligence work under the background of smart policing,and puts forward the design idea of innovative public security intelligence work framework.[Result/conclusion] The paper proposes some feasible suggestions,including top-level design of intelligence work,functional reconstruction of intelligence department,automation of data collection,data-driven knowledge discovery,cooperation of multiple subjects and construction of operation and maintenance guarantee system.
