摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为高校图书馆开展教学支持服务提供参考。[方法/过程]以台湾地区4所高校图书馆为调查对象,采用网络调查和文献调研的方法,分析台湾地区高校图书馆教学支持服务的内容和特点。[结果/结论]提出高校图书馆应重新定位;加强多方协调与合作;扩展学科服务内涵建设,主动开展各类服务;打造多元学习空间,完善空间服务工作等提升教学支持服务的建议。
[Purpose/significance] The paper is to provide references for teaching support service practice of university libraries.[Method/process] The paper takes 4 university libraries in Taiwan as investigation objects,analyses the content and characteristics of teaching support services in Taiwan by using methods of network investigation and literature research.[Result/conclusion] The paper puts forward some suggestions for improving teaching support services including:the university should reposition,strengthen coordination and cooperation with other related departments;extend subject service content construction,take the initiative to develop all kinds of services;create multivariate study space and improve space service works.
