摘要
对学生实施教育惩戒具有教育价值,有利于学生的健康成长,是对学生成长、教育规律、教师权利的尊重。教育惩戒的对象是被惩戒者的不良行为,实施教育惩戒须遵循针对性、合法性、教育性、清晰性、有序性原则。教育惩戒的实施方式主要包括严厉批评、加倍完成任务、取消部分特权、暂时收管、静坐、诵读、隔离、陪读等。教育惩戒的实施过程要因人而异,循序渐进,并让学校、教师、学生和家长一起参与管理与监督。
Disciplining students in education is valuable and conducive to their growth in a positive way, and it is also respectful to students’ growth, educational rules and teachers’ rights. The object of educational discipline is students’ bad behaviors, which must follow the principles of orientation, legitimacy, education, clarifi cation and order. The implementation of educational discipline mainly includes severe criticism, doubled task completion, abolishing some privileges, transient forfeiting, sitting quietly, reading loudly, isolation, and accompanying reading. The process of implementing educational discipline needs to differ from student to student in a progressive way and the process needs to let schools, teachers, students and parents participate in administration and supervision.
