摘要
每一所学校都有其独特的文化土壤与文化表达。常州大学附属小学历经变迁,在融汇与融合中确立了"成为美好,成就美好"的办学理念。"成为美好,成就美好"既立己也达人,在学校与社会、小学与大学、个体与学校、自我与超我、学生与教师之间建立了"小我"与"大我"的意义链接。在"成为美好,成就美好"的引领下,师生主动发展、有向发展,以"各美其美,美人之美"的姿态追寻美好、创造美好。
Every school has its unique cultural soil and expression. Our school has gone through historical changes to establish the school-running idea of “being good and achieving goodness” by integration and fusion, which indicates that our school strives to be successful and at the same time strives to help others achieve success. We have built a deep connection between “small self” and “big self”, including school and society, primary school and university, individual and school, myself and super-self, and students and teachers. Under the guidance of the school-running idea, we have attained the positive and directed development of teachers and students, pursuing and creating goodness in the form of “our beauty is unique and worth cherishing by ourselves, and other’s beauty has its own characteristics and should be appreciated by us”.
