摘要
优秀吸引是以个体优秀为中介,以实现更深程度的优秀养成为目标,通过一种积极的方式,与目标对象建立新的关系,重构行动结构的交互过程。从目标对象的角度考量,发现和赏识优秀,卷入和修习优秀,内生和焕发优秀,最终形成优秀的自觉,成为更优秀的自己;从优秀吸引的主体拥有者出发,展露优秀,并以帮助扶持的友好方式对他者给予关怀,最终获得他者与自身抱团优秀的双赢体验。当优秀吸引成为儿童学习生活的惯习,学习也就充满了积极的力量。
Excellence attraction takes individual excellence as the intermediary to realize the goal of deeper excellence formation, which tries to build a new relationship with the targeted objects and to reconstruct the integrative process of activity structures in a positive way. We should, from the angle of the targeted objects, discover and appreciate excellence, involve ourselves and practice excellence, and generate and rejuvenate excellence to fi nally form the awareness of excellence and to be a better self. We should start from the owner of the subjects of excellence attraction to display excellence and to care about others in a helpful and friendly way, fi nally gaining win-win experiencing between others and ourselves. Only when excellence attraction becomes children’s habits of learning life can learning be full of positive strength.
