摘要
渗透泵控释药片作为缓控制剂的典型代表,因恒定的释药速度对疗效的明显提升而受到患者的青睐,而释药孔的成型方法中激光打孔机优势较明显。针对渗透泵控释药片研究了一套完整的渗透泵控释药片激光打孔机。激光打孔机的研制不仅能够实现高度产业化规模,同时对发展渗透泵控释药片产业也非常有意义。
Osmotic pump controlled-release tablets, as a typical representative of slow-release control agents, are favored by patients because of the obvious improvement of the curative effect of constant release rate.The advantage of laser drilling machine is obvious in the forming method of drug release hole.In this paper, a complete laser drilling machine for osmotic pump controlled-release tablets is studied.The development of laser drilling machine can not only achieve a high degree of industrialization, but also has great significance for the development of osmotic pump controlled release tablets industry.
