摘要
简要介绍硫磺回收装置反应燃烧系统的基本工艺原理,重点对MBF多孔平衡流量计结构、特点和工作原理进行系统性阐述,并针对硫磺装置含氨酸性气流量特点提出了针对性的处理措施。长期稳定运行结果表明,平衡流量计稳定准确测量性能在提高硫磺回收硫产率的同时,为满足超清洁排放的苛刻要求奠定了坚实基础,对实际生产具有一定的指导作用。
This paper briefly introduces the basic technological principle of reactive combustion system of sulfur recovery unit, and the structure, characteristics and working principle of the porous equilibrium flowmeter are described systematically, and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward according to the characteristics of ammonia-containing acid gas flow rate in sulfur plant..Long- term stable operation results show, the Stable and accurate Measurement performance of porous equilibrium flowmeter can improve the sulfur recovery rate of sulfur recovery, in the meantime, has also laid a solid foundation to meet the stringent requirements of ultra clean emissions,, and that has an certain guiding function to the actual production.
