重复脉冲法和电磁瞬态响应法在重水堆核电站备用柴油发电机的应用

摘要 针对重水堆核电站备用柴油发电机,判断定、转子绕组是否存在匝间短路,定、转子槽楔是否存在松动,提供了两种检测方法。主要有重复脉冲法和电磁瞬态响应法,重复脉冲法能够很好地诊断备用柴油发电机的定、转子绕组是否存在匝间短路故障,而电磁瞬态响应法能很好地诊断备用柴油发电机定、转子槽楔是否存在松动。这两种检测方法是在容量小、极数多、凸极机柴油发电机上的首次应用,对诊断同类型发电机具有较高的参考价值。 In this paper ,In view of the standby diesel generator in the heavy water reactor nuclear power station , two kinds of detection methods are provided to determine whether there is an inter turn short circuit in the stator and rotor winding , and whether there is a loosen in the stator and rotor slot wedge .There are mainly repetitive pulse methods and electromagnetic transient response method .The repetitive pulse method can be used to diagnose the short circuit fault of the stator and rotor winding of the spare diesel generator, and the electromagnetic transient response method can be used to diagnose the loosening of the stator and rotor slot of the standby diesel generator .These two methods are used for the first time on a diesel generator with small capacity and very large number of small capacity and salient pole machines .It has a high reference value for diagnosing the same type of generators.
