Development of Testing and Inspection Institutions for Agricultural Products at the Grassroots Level in China in the New Era

文章阐述了基层农产品检验检测机构建设的必要性、建设现状及存在的问题,提出了通过整合资源、合理规划设计、提升检测水平、创新体制、规范化管理、结对帮扶、职责定位等方式,探索新时代基层综合检验检测机构建设新出路。

In this paper, necessity of improving testing and inspection institutions for agricultural products at the grassroots level was summarized;and the problems were analyzed. Then the related countermeasures were proposed, including integration of resources, rational planning and design, improvement of quality testing, system innovations, standardized management, paired assistance programs, responsibility assignments and so on. These new approaches were comprehensively explored and discussed to ensure the quality and safety of food and agricultural products at the grassroots level.
