Exploration of New Model of Experimental Teaching and Management in Universities

随着新技术的快速发展,传统的实验教学方式和实验室管理模式已不能满足人才培养的需要。省电工电子实验教学示范中心在深入分析当前国内实验教学与管理现状的基础上,转变观念,统筹规划,通过改进课程设置、引入协同育人培养模式,校企共建实验室、建立实验设备管理新模式,利用学校实验室综合管理平台实现实验室信息化管理、分层开放管理、实验教学考核方式等措施,探索了高校实验教学和实验室管理和协同育人的人才培养之路。通过近几年的探索与实践,该中心积累了一些经验,在培养学生实践动手与创新能力方面取得了一些成绩,培养了一批专业基础扎实、学习研究兴趣浓厚、实践创新能力强的学生。

With the rapid development of new technologies, the traditional experimental teaching method and laboratory management model cannot meet the needs of personnel training. Hubei Experimental Teaching Model Center of Electrotechnics and Electronic of Central China Normal University, based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of domestic experimental teaching and management in China, has changed its concepts and coordinated planning. Through the improvement of curriculum settings and the introduction of cooperative education model, schools and enterprises have jointly built laboratories, established a new model of experimental equipment management, used laboratory integrated management platform of Central Normal University to implement laboratory information management, hierarchical open laboratory management, experimental teaching assessment methods, etc, and explored the road of talent cultivation of college experimental teaching and laboratory management and collaborative education. Through exploration and practice in recent years, the center has accumulated some experiences and made some achievements in in training students' practical and innovative ability. It has cultivated a group of students with solid professional foundation, strong interest in learning and research, and strong practical innovation ability.
