作物营养强化对改善人口营养健康的影响——文献述评与展望

Effects of Bio-fortification on Improving the Nutritional Health of the Population——Review and Prospect of the Research

作物营养强化是公认的改善微量营养素营养不良最为经济有效的方式。通过对已有作物营养强化相关研究的主要方面,包括成本效益和生物有效性,健康效益和经济效益,对消费者支付意愿和接受度的影响以及对农村发展的影响等进行主要观点梳理和综合性评述,发现国内关于作物营养强化的研究大多采用事前分析的方法,只考虑单一微量营养素的作用,且缺乏农户对作物营养强化农产品的种植意愿相关研究。在此基础上,本文提出了未来作物营养强化的研究方向:采用事后分析的方法;重点关注多种微量营养素的相互作用;加强农户种植意愿研究。

Bio-fortification is recognized as the most economical and effective way to improve micro-nutrient malnutrition.An overall review of the main aspects of the existing research on bio-fortification,including cost-effectiveness and bio-effectiveness,health benefits and economic benefits,the impact on consumers’ willingness to pay and acceptance,and the impact on rural development reveals that most of the doemstic studies on bio-fortification adopt the method of pre-analysis,merely considering the role of single micronutrient yet lacking relevant research on farmers’ willingness to grow bio-fortification products.These findings suggest that the post-analysis method be adopted in the future,focusing on the interaction of multiple micronutrients and strengthening the research of farmers’ planting willingness,in order to enrich the theoretical research of bio-fortification and promote the practical application of bio-fortification.
