衔铁压装偏摆误差的仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 以衔铁组件过盈联接压装过程为对象,采用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对压装过程进行仿真分析,发现对压装平行度有影响的是衔铁内孔的倾斜角度,当衔铁内孔倾斜0.03°时,衔铁压装平行度为8μm,达到压装平行度要求的上限,因此在加工衔铁内孔时,要满足其倾斜角度≤0.03°。随机抽取18套零件在已研制的压装设备上进行压装实验。将仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性,从而为相关零件的加工提出了要求,进而为衔铁压装偏摆误差抑制提供了一定的理论基础。 Aiming at the press-fit assembly process of armature component, its simulation analysis is performed by using finite element analysis(FEA)software ANSYS Workbench. It was found that the tilt angle of armature’s bore was main influence factor for press-mounting parallelism of armature. When the tilt angle of armature’s bore was 0.03°, the press-mounting parallelism of the armature was 8μm which was the upper limit of the press-mounting parallelism, so the tilt angle of armature’s bore should be less than or equal to 0.03°. 18 kinds of armature components selected randomly were assembled by using press-mounting device developed. Comparing simulation results with experimental results, we verified the validity of the simulation results. Thereby the simulation results provide requirement for manufacture of parts related, and then the simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the press-mounting beat inhibition of the press-fit assembly of armature.
