风电齿轮箱轮齿裂纹故障建模与仿真研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了理清1.5MW风电齿轮箱传动系统轮齿裂纹的故障动力学特性,在建立风电齿轮箱传动系统的三维实体模型的基础上,利用ADAMS动力学仿真软件分别研究了中间级齿轮和高速级齿轮的单一裂纹故障以及裂纹耦合故障对高速级齿轮位置的影响。中间级齿轮裂纹故障对于高速级齿轮的影响在频域中表现为:低频段不明显,在高速级啮合频率附近有较强的边频带;高速级齿轮裂纹故障时,在中间级啮合频率、2倍中间级啮合频率和高速级啮合频率都有比较明显的边频带;耦合故障时在高频尤其是在高速级啮合频率附近有更强的边频带。该研究结果可以为风电齿轮箱故障诊断和维护提供理论依据。 In order to clarify the fault dynamics characteristc of gear crack of 1.5MW wind turbines gearbox transmission, on the basis of the establishment of three-dimensional entity model of wind turbines gearbox transmission system, the middle grade single grade at the end of the gears and gear crack fault and the influence of crack fault of final stage gear coupling position are researched by using ADAMS dynamics simulation software. Level at the end of the middle level gear crack fault for the influence of the gear in the frequency domain is shown as: low frequency is not obvious, near the high-speed meshing frequency level has the strong side band;Level at the end of the gear crack fault, meshing frequency, 2 times in the middle levels among meshing frequency and at the end of the meshing frequency have obvious edge band;When the coupling fault near the high frequency especially in high-speed meshing frequency level have stronger side band. The research results can provide wind gearbox fault diagnosis and maintenance with theoretical basis.
