电火花加工参数对蚀除微粒粒度分布影响规律的研究 被引量:3

摘要 电火花加工是金属粉末制备的重要加工方法,用于纯金属、合金等粉末的制备。为制备给定直径范围的粉末,需要选择合适的加工工艺参数。此外,在电火花加工中,蚀除颗粒对放电间隙电场及流场有较大影响,颗粒粒度大小直接影响了场相关有限元仿真分析的计算结果。研究了主要放电加工参数及工作液类型对金属粉末直径分布的影响规律,调节电参数进行电火花加工实验,收集蚀除微粒,通过检测微粒直径分布以及微粒形貌,得出电参数对放电加工制备金属粉末的影响机理。结果表明:工作液类型对微粒粒径影响较大,放电电流及脉宽对微粒粒径分布影响规律不同。所得规律对粉末制备生产过程及电火花间隙流场仿真有一定的指导意义。 Electrical discharge machining is a significant technique to manufacture metal powder including fine metal and alloy metal powder. In order to preparing powder which diameter have been given, technological parameters must be chosen necessarily and reasonably. The effect of mian technological parameters and types of operating fluid on diameter distribution of metal powders has been researched. Adjusting the technological parameters and drilling holes by electro-discharge machining can acquire erosion particles with different diameters. Then collecting the erosion particles to detecting diameter distribution and the topography of particles is necessary. Experimental results indicate that the types of operating fluid has a greater impact on diameters. It also turned out that effect of electric current and pluse width on distribution of diameters are different. These conclusions may guide metal powder preparation.
