多级萃取煤孔隙特性及灰熔融温度变化规律研究

摘要 通过以实验分析等方式重点针对多级萃取后对煤孔隙特性以及煤灰熔融温度的实际影响进行分析。多级萃取对煤孔隙特性以及煤灰熔融温度均会产生一定的影响,即受到多级萃取的影响,在溶剂逐渐渗透的过程中煤中小分子相逐渐减少,使得煤孔隙特性随之发生相应变化,原本煤中的许多小微孔将会得到一定程度的扩大并最终转变成大孔。煤炭的吸附性能也将得到相应增强,而煤在经过多级萃取后,其煤灰熔融温度将会明显降低。建议在严格按照相关标准要求下对煤合理进行多级萃取,以期有效提高煤的利用率,从而达到提高煤利用能效的目的。 The multi-stage extraction method was used,and through the methods of experimental analysis,the effects of multi-stage extraction on the pore characteristics and ash melting point of coal were analyzed.The multi-stage extraction has effect on pore characteristics and ash melting points,which means that affected by the multi-stage extraction,in the process of solvent penetration gradually,small molecular phase in coal decreases gradually,it lead to pore characteristics change correspondingly,some micro pore will be enlarged at the certain degree and then become the big pore.The adsorption properties of coal will be strengthened,through the multi-stage extraction,the ash melting temperature of coal ash will decrease obviously.It was suggested that,the reasonable multi-stage extraction under strict standard requirements should be done,the recovery ratio of coal could be improved effectively,and the reasonable improvement of utilizing efficiency of coal could be realized.
