摘要
以一栋装配整体式剪力墙结构住宅为例,分析不同主体结构预制率对建筑整体装配率的影响,要达到装配率52%的要求,主体结构中除楼板、楼梯、阳台预制之外,梁也需要预制。若要评级,需要在竖向构件预制、干式工法楼面、集成厨房、集成卫生间方面突破。可为同类结构设计做参考。
Taking an assembled monolithic shear wall structure as an example,the influence of the different prefabrication rate of the main structures on the overall assembly rate is analyzed. In order to achieve the assembly rate of 52%,in addition to the prefabrication of the floor, stairs and balcony in the main structure,the beam also needs to be prefabricated. To grade,you need to break through in vertical component prefabrication,dry method floor,integrated kitchen,and integrated bathroom. Can be used as a reference for similar structural design.
