摘要 国外项目钢结构中的现场连接节点几乎都是采用螺栓连接。但异形截面螺栓连接节点设计中,往往会因截面异形,节点受力异常复杂,无法采用常规方法进行设计,故采用考虑接触的非线性有限元方法进行分析。对国外某项目中的关键节点进行了受力分析,总结了有限元方法在异形截面螺栓连接节点模拟分析中的一般步骤及方法。 Bolted joint is almost used in every steel structure projects of foreign countries. However,in the design of bolt joint with special- shaped section,the stress is often very complex,so the conventional design method cannot be adopted. Therefore,the nonlinear finite element method considering contact is adopted for analysis. The stress analysis of key joints in a foreign project is carried out,and the steps and methods of finite element method in the simulation analysis of special-shaped section bolted joint are summarized.
