摘要
分析了BIM技术在盾构风险管控应用的效果情况。通过BIM技术的使用弥补了传统盾构风险管控在实际使用过程的一些不足。从220kV石井~环西电力隧道工程实际出发,分析了盾构施工的风险源分布情况,并针对电力隧道本身和风险源创建BIM模型,实现了盾构风险源管控可视化。同时盾构监控可视化平台还有监测数据分析功能,帮助施工管理人员和现场施工人员对盾构实时风险有了更为真实深入的了解。盾构风险源的可视化为现场的盾构施工和项目管理人员决策提供了有力的数据支持,并在实际应用的过程中达到了降低盾构施工发生的概率的目标。
The effect of BIM technology on the risk management application of shield is analyzed. Through the use of BIM technology, it has made up for some shortcomings in the actual use process of shield traditional risk control. Based on the actual project of 220kV Shijing-Hunxi Power Tunnel, the distribution of risk sources in shield construction is analyzed,and the BIM model is created for the power tunnel itself and the risk source to realize the visualization of shield risk source control. At the same time,the shield monitoring visualization platform also has monitoring data analysis function,which helps construction management personnel and on-site construction personnel to have a more realistic and in-depth understanding of the real-time risk of the shield. The visualization of the shield risk source provides powerful data support for the shield construction and project management personnel decision on site,and achieves the goal of reducing the probability of shield construction in the actual application process.
