This paper focuses on the routine maintenance of several key components of gas chromatography mass spectrometry. In this paper, gas pipeline, chromatographic column, mass spectrometry vacuum leak detection and tuning, mechanical pump oil replacement, ion source cleaning and filament replacement are described in detail.
