摘要
HXD1型电力机车是一种8轴双节重联重载交流传动的电力机车,该车型是在先进的大功率交流机车技术平台上,并充分考虑到货运专线的特殊环境,采纳了成熟、可靠的技术设计开发的一款适用于中国干线铁路重载货运的新型大功率交流传动电力机车;重载货物运输代表了铁路货物运输领域的先进生产力,已成为国家衡量经济发展的关键指标之一。HXD1型电力机车采用系统化、模块化、高可靠性的设计理念,保证电力机车的动态系统能够平稳高效运行。但由于电力机车运行环境恶劣,受温差、海拔风沙等因素的影响,在实际运行过程中,该车型出现故障的频次较高,尤其是牵引变流模块;文章针对HXD1型电力机车牵引控制电源板故障进行了研究和分析,首先对问题进行了描述,而后对问题成因进行了探讨,接着对启动电路进行调整和优化,经过验证取得较明显成效。
HXD1 electric locomotive is a kind of 8-axle double-section heavy-duty AC drive electric locomotive. The model is based on the advanced high-power AC locomotive technology platform and fully takes into account the special environment of freight dedicated line. A new type of high power AC drive electric locomotive suitable for heavy haul freight of China trunk railway has been designed and developed by adopting mature and reliable technology. Heavy haul freight transportation represents the advanced productivity in the field of railway freight transportation. It has become one of the key indicators to measure the economic development of the country. HXD1 electric locomotive adopts the design concept of systematization, modularization and high reliability to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the dynamic system of electric locomotive. However, due to the bad operating environment of electric locomotive, affected by temperature difference, altitude wind and sand and other factors, in the actual operation process, the frequency of failure of the model is high, especially the traction converter module;In this paper, the fault of traction control power supply board of HXD1 electric locomotive is studied and analyzed. Firstly, the problem is described, then the cause of the problem is discussed, and the starting circuit is adjusted and optimized. It has been proved to have achieved remarkable results.
