摘要
回顾了聚苯醚(PPO)/聚酰胺(PA)合金在近期取得的研究成果。将PPO和PA共混,可以把两者的优点结合起来,但是这两种材料热力学不相容,影响了材料的力学性能。为了达到增容效果,一方面可以添加相容剂,马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MAH)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)、马来酸酐接枝聚苯醚(PPO-g-MAH)和马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS-g-MAH)等都具有增容作用;另一方面采用合适的加工工艺,也可以有效增加两者的相容性,改善材料的性能。
The recently research results of polyphenylene oxide(PPO)/polyamide(PA) alloy is reviewed here. It can combine the advantages of PPO and PA to blend them. However, the two materials are thermodynamically incompatible, which affects the mechanical properties of PPO/PA alloy. There are two methods to increase their compatibility and improve the properties of PPO/PA alloy. The first method is to add compatibilizer. Maleic anhydride(MAH) grafted ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)(EPDM-g-MAH), styrene ethylene butadiene styrene copolymer(SEBS), styrene butadiene styrene copolymer(SBS), styrene maleic anhydride(SMA), MAH grafted PPO(PPO-g-MAH) and MAH grafted SEBS(SEBS-g-MAH) all have compatibilizing effect to PPO and PA. The second method is to adopt suitable processing technology.
