摘要
对比了各类塑料翼子板的制造工艺,分析了塑料翼子板成型过程中可能会遇到的问题并提出了相应的解决办法。结果表明:通过约束材料热膨胀系数、产品结构改善模具方案,可解决塑料翼子板外观、尺寸及性能问题。
The comparisons of manufacturing process of various plastic fenders have been studied in this work, and the problems that may be encountered in the manufacturing process of wing plates and the corresponding solutions were analyzed. Results show that the problems of appearance, dimension and performance of plastic fender can be solved by restricting thermal expansion coefficient of material and product structure and improving the mould scheme.
