污泥秸秆动态容器好氧发酵堆肥热量平衡实验 被引量:1

摘要 为进行污泥秸秆好氧发酵容器堆肥探讨,先建立一般污泥秸秆动态容器好氧发酵堆肥热量平衡模型,通过利用不同容积动态容器堆肥机,调节污泥秸秆不同配比,对模型加以验证。实验结果表明,TN-TC=896/[2.95+372(J·F+1)/Sm]可用于实际动态容器堆肥升温的粗略计算,同时在合理的碳氮比(20~35)范围,相同质量不同配比的污泥秸秆动态容器好氧发酵堆肥升温差异不明显,且动态容器好氧发酵可以快速分解有机质,缩短堆肥时间,但分解不完全,陈化仍可升温。 In order to explore the aerobic fermentation container composting of sludge and straw, this paper first established a heat balance model for the general aerobic fermentation composting of sludge and straw in the dynamic container, and verified the model by using the dynamic container composting machine of different volumes to adjust the different proportions of sludge and straw. The experimental results showed that the TN - TC = 896 /[2.95 + 372 (J. F + 1)/Sm]can be used for rough calculation of actual dynamic container composting temperature rise, at the same time in a reasonable range of carbon and nitrogen ratio (20 to 35), there was no significant difference in temperature rise of aerobic fermentation compost in dynamic containers with the same quality and different proportions, the dynamic container aerobic fermentation can quickly decompose organic matter and shorten the time of composting, however, the decomposition is not complete, it will still het up by aging.
