红外分光光度法测定水中油类新旧标准方法的比较

Comparison of New and Old Standards for Determination of Oils in Water by Infrared Spectrophotometry

针对红外分光光度法测定水中石油类和动植物油类物质,国家先后制修订颁布了3个版本标准方法:即GB/T16488-1996、HJ 637–2012和HJ 637–2018。对HJ 637–2012、HJ 637–2018两个新旧版本标准方法之间的区别进行了全面系统分析比较。对标准方法中存在的样品前处理方法、萃取剂保存与检验、是否使用标准曲线对结果进行再次校正等易混淆问题进行分析探讨,并提出了相应对策和建议。

For the determination of petroleum and animal and vegetable oils in water by infrared spectrophotometry, the state has formulated, revised and promulgated three versions of standard methods which were GB/T 16488-1996, HJ 637-2012 and HJ 637-2018. The differences between the new and old versions of standard methods HJ 637 - 2012 and HJ 637 - 2018 are systematically analyzed and compared. The confusing problems such as sample pretreatment, preservation and test of extractants, re-calibration of results using standard curves in standard methods are analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
