摘要
在垃圾发电领域,目前汽轮发电机组的功率通常在6~70MW之间,其中以10~35MW功率机组最多,垃圾发电汽轮机转速通常为常规转速(3 000r/min),随着技术的改进更新,为了提高垃圾焚烧发电厂汽轮机的效率,汽轮机厂开发了高转速垃圾发电用汽轮机(5 000r/min以上),并且在多个项目投入使用。随着时代的发展,高转速汽轮机的占有率也在不断的提高。通过各汽轮机厂家提供的热平衡图,在相同的工况下对高低转速汽轮机的效率进行了整理和对比,对垃圾发电汽轮机功率和转速的选型进行分析研究,得出结论,在中温次高压条件下(6.2MPa.a,475℃)或其它蒸汽参数但蒸汽容积流量相当的条件下,汽轮机功率等级在25MW级及以下时,推荐选用高转速汽轮机,功率在30MW等级以上时,推荐选用常规转速汽轮机。
In the field of garbage power generation, the power of steam turbine unit is usually between 6 mw ~ 70 mw, of which 10 ~ 35 mw power units are most commonly used. Although the garbage power generation turbines usually rev at normal speed (3 000 r/min), with the technological improvement and renew, for purpose of improving the efficiency of steam turbine, the steam turbine manufactures have developed high speed garbage power generation turbines (more than 5 000 r/min), which have been put into use in many projects. With the development of the society, the share of high speed steam turbines is also constantly increasing. Based on the heat balance diagram provided by the steam turbine manufacturer, this article compared the efficiencies of high and low speed turbine under the same conditions, analyzed the power and speed selection of garbage power generation turbines. The results showed that under medium temperature high pressure condition (6.2MPa.a,475℃), or other steam parameters with equivalent steam volume flow conditions, when the power level of steam turbine is 25 mw or below , high speed turbines are recommended, while when the power level is over 30 mw, normal speed turbines are recommended .
