电压与电流相关测量中的去耦方法

摘要 在二端器件相关测量中,要同时精确测量其工作点的电压和电流是长期困扰人们的一个难题。其原因在于任何仪表都有自己的内阻。由于内阻的存在,无论怎样同时测量电压和电流,都会引入附加误差。这就使得一般的测量方法不可能达到同时精确测量电流和电压的目的。该文所介绍的方法是在测量电压的同时,用特殊的电路将电压表内阻对电流表引起的附加误差予以消除,从而达到同时精确测量二者的目的。 For a long time,a both ends device correlation measurement was a difficult problem what voltage and current could be measured accurately at the same time. The reason is that inner resistance exist in any measuring apparatus. As a result of the inner resistance,additional error would be leaded into everyway to measure the voltage and current at the same time. The purpose could not be achieved that the voltage and current measured accurately in general method at the same time. The method introduced by this article is that the additional error for ammeter caused by voltmeter’s inner resistance would be eliminated in a particular circuit. Thus,the purpose is achieved that the voltage and current could be measured accurately at the same time.
