摘要
为解决食品药品培养过程中恒温恒湿及环境的稳定性问题,该文以200-Smart系列PLC和触摸屏为控制中心,基于组态软件和无线模块,实现对培养室恒温恒湿的环境的实时监控、历史数据的集中处理及系统的远程监控,建立了云平台及APP监控终端。通过实际案例运行,该系统具备24 h不间断的数据存储、远程参数设置、数据趋势曲线及报表打印等功能,能保证室内温湿度的均一性,满足食品药品培养室的工艺要求。
In order to solve the problem of constant temperature and humidity and the stability of environment in the process of food and drug cultivation,the 200-Smart series PLC and touch screen are used as the control center,based on configuration software and wireless module,the real-time monitoring of the constant temperature and humidity environment in the cultivation room,the centralized processing of historical data and the remote monitoring of the system are realized,and the cloud is established. Platform and APP monitoring terminal. Through the actual case operation,the system has the functions of 24-hour uninterrupted data storage,remote parameter setting,data trend curve and report printing,which can ensure the uniformity of indoor temperature and humidity and meet the technological requirements of food and drug culture room.
