摘要
新能源产业的发展带动了电池的强劲需求和普遍应用,其安全性也成为人们广泛关注的焦点。安全作为一个系统性的工作,存在于生产、运输和使用的各个环节。分析了电池隔膜加工成型后的电芯质量检验作用与方式,着重研究了生产过程中对部分存在安全可靠性隐患问题的电芯的有效识别。结果表明,采用脉冲式电芯微短路测试仪可以有效地识别电芯内部存在的微损伤、微短路等。
The development of new energy industry has driven the strong demand and universal application of batteries,and its security has become the focus of widespread attention. As a systematic work,safety exists in all aspects of production,transportation and use. The function and mode of quality inspection of battery diaphragm processed and moulded are analyzed,and the effective identification of some cores with potential safety and reliability problems in production process is emphatically studied. The results show that the micro-damage and micro-short circuit inside the core can be effectively identified by using the pulse core micro-short circuit tester.
