摘要
针对火电厂锅炉汽包水位非线性、鲁棒性、时滞性等特点,在PID控制基础上结合模糊控制设计了模糊PID控制器。根据锅炉水位的动态特性建立数学模型,应用Simulink工具箱进行仿真,比较了PID控制与模糊PID控制的控制效果。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制器的响应时间更短,输出跟随输入的速度更快,扰动作用下模糊PID控制器可以更快速调整至稳定状态,总之模糊PID的控制效果要明显优于PID控制。
Aiming at the nonlinearity,robustness and time lag of boiler drum level in thermal power plants,a fuzzy PID controller is designed based on PID control and fuzzy control. According to the dynamic characteristics of boiler water level,a mathematical model is established. The Simulink toolbox is applied to simulate,and compare the control effect of PID control and fuzzy PID control. The simulation results show that the response time of the fuzzy PID controller is shorter and the output is faster to follow the input,and the fuzzy PID controller can be more quickly adjusted to the stable state under the disturbance. In conclusion,the control effect of fuzzy PID is much better than that of PID control.
