超疏水纳米复合涂层表面机械稳定性研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 超疏水涂层因其特有的性质在国防和民用领域有广阔的应用前景,但由于超疏水涂层脆弱的机械稳定性限制了其在实际生活中的应用。简要介绍了提高超疏水涂层机械稳定性的必要性以及失效的原因和机制,强调了聚合物和功能高分子材料在刚性和柔性两类基底构建超疏水涂层中的作用,并综述了近年来国内外科研工作者为提高机械稳定性取得的成果,进一步展望了超疏水涂层的发展方向。 Due to the unique properties of the super hydrophobic coatings,it could have broad application prospects in national defense and civil fields.However the fragile mechanical stability could limit the application in the real life.This paper briefly introduced the necessity of the improvement for the mechanical stability of the super hydrophobic coatings and the mechanisms of their failure.In addition,it emphasized the role of polymeride and functional polymer materials to the construction of super hydrophobic coatings on rigid and flexible substrates.The achievements made by domestic and foreign researchers in recent years to improve mechanical stability were summarized,and the development direction of super hydrophobic coatings was prospected.
