木粉对阻燃聚丙烯材料热分解行为和燃烧性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 基于次磷酸铝(AP)和聚丙烯木塑复合材料(WPC)所构建的阻燃体系,研究了木粉含量的变化对WPC/AP体系热分解行为和燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,木粉含量的变化对阻燃WPC/AP的初始分解温度(T5%)、最大热分解温度(T_(max))和700℃下的最终残余物质量均有不同程度的影响。锥形量热测试结果表明,随着木粉含量的增加,WPC/AP的总热释放量轻微增加,但变化不明显。在木粉质量分数分别为20%、30%和40%时,WPC/AP的总热释放量均在50 MJ/m^2左右。所有实验结果表明,高木粉含量有助于阻燃WPC/AP高温下残余物质量的增加,但轻微恶化燃烧性能。 In this work,the effect of wood flour on the decomposing behavior and burning performance of flame-retarding polypropylene/wood flour/aluminum hypophosphite(WPC/AP)composite was investigated deeply.Experimental results indicate that the initial decomposing temperature,maximum decomposing temperature and residue mass at 700 ℃ for WPC/AP are affected with the changing contents of wood flour.Burning test results illustrate that the total heat release of WPA/AP slightly increases with the raising content of wood flour,however the variation is not obvious.When the contents of wood flour are 20%,30%,and 40%,the total heat release values of WPC/AP could maintain at about 50 MJ/m 2 .All experimental results demonstrate that a high content of wood flour could contribute to a high content of residue at high temperature for flame-retarding WPC/AP,however could slightly reduce its burning performance.
