聚碳酸酯用有机硅阻燃剂的开发及应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 以新开发的有机硅聚合物为阻燃剂,应用于聚碳酸酯(PC)的阻燃改性,对比考察了自制有机硅阻燃剂和国外有机硅阻燃剂对PC的阻燃性能、力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,添加6%的自制有机硅阻燃剂,PC的氧指数提高到32. 5%,阻燃等级达UL94 V-0级,阻燃效果跟国外产品相当;同时,自制有机硅阻燃剂可提升材料的断裂伸长率、冲击强度,可明显改善PC的加工流动性。另一方面,添加自制有机硅阻燃剂后,PC的拉伸强度和弯曲强度有所下降,但性能保持率均在90%以上。当添加量为6%时,PC的综合性能最佳。 Taking the new developed organic silicon polymer as flame retardant,the flame retardancy of polycarbonate(PC)was studied.And the effects of flame retardancy,mechanical properties and processability on PC could be investigated and compared between self-made organic silicon flame retardant and foreign organic silicon flame retardant. The result shows that with 6%self-made organic silicon flame retardant,the limited oxygen index of PC could increase to 32.5%,the UL 94 vertical combustion level could achieve V-0,which is almost the same with the advanced foreign product.At the same time,impact strength,elongation at break and processing property of PC could be improved.In addition,the tensile strength and bending strength could decrease,however the property retention could maintain 90%.Consequently,PC material could obtain the best comprehensive property with addition of 6% of self-made organic silicon flame retardant.
