摘要
处在新时代,民族饮食文化发展的社会土壤已经发生改变,饮食已被卷入文化经营的领域。按照时代发展的要求,对青海民族饮食传统文化中具有现代价值的内容、形式进行改造,通过补充拓展、完善等方式,将新时代的内涵和表达方式赋予其中,使其最核心的文化基因与新时代中国主流文化相适应、相协调,实现其创造性转化和创新性发展。
In the new era,the social context of developing ethnic dietetic culture has changed.Food and drink have been involved in the area of cultural management.As required by the times,we will reshape the content and forms with modern value existing in the traditional ethnic dietetic culture of Qinghai and add the connota.tions and expressions of the new era by extension or improvement,so as to adapt the core genes of ethnic dietet.ic culture of Qinghai to the mainstream Chinese culture in the new era and realize its innovative transformation and development.
