摘要
高等职业教育通过混合所有制的模式改革,引导国有资本、集体资本和非公有资本等与职业院校相互融合。通过对浙江省20所优质校混合所有制办学案例分析,从产业经济对办学需求拉动、资本技术要素统筹、学校师资品牌价值投入及公私资本合作探索等四个维度,探究高职院校混合所有制的内因发展。
Higher vocational education guides the state-owned capital,collectively-owned capital,and nonpublic capital to fuse with the vocational colleges through the reform of mixed ownership.By the case anal.ysis on mixed ownership of 20 excellent colleges in Zhejiang,we worked over the endopathic development of mixed ownership of higher vocational colleges from four dimensions:industrial economics enlarging the need of school running;overall planning of capital technical elements;input in teachers and brand value;and public-private capital cooperative exploration.
