时空二维视角下高职酒店专业学生实习管理研究

On Practice Management of Hotel Management Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspectives of Time and Space

顶岗实习是高职酒店管理专业教学中的重要一环,也是职业教育工学交替、校企结合特点的重要表现。实习质量直接影响酒店管理专业的人才培养质量和酒店行业的用工结构与人才储备。多年来,多数院校的酒店管理专业十分重视学生的实习工作,在各方面采取了必要的措施进行跟踪管理。然而,酒店管理专业的实习环节,仍然存在着实习效果不理想、学生怨言较重、实习影响择业等问题。针对这些问题,分析原因,从时间维度(实习前、实习中和实习后)和空间维度(学校、企业和学生)出发,寻求和探索提高高职酒店专业学生实习质量的有效措施。

Post practice is a key teaching link in the hotel management major of higher vocational colleges and the important manifestation of the characteristics of vocational education,i.e.“alternation of working and learning;cooperation between school and enterprise”.Its quality has direct bearing on the talent devel.opment of hotel management major and the employment structure and talent reserves in hotel industry.For many years,the hotel management major of most schools has attached great importance to student practice and has taken necessary actions to trace student practice in all aspects.However,technically speaking,there are still many problems such as the bad effect,students’heavy complaints,and an adverse effect on career choices existing in the link of practice in hotel management major.Focusing on these problems,we analyzed all causes and explored how to improve the practice quality of hotel management majors signifi.cantly from the dimensions of time(before practice,in practice and after practice)and space(school,enter.prise and student).
