摘要
首先根据1999—2016年四川省各地区的面板数据,采用Undesirable-SBM-windows-DEA模型测算了四川省各州市的全要素能源效率,研究发现:四川省全要素能源效率在1999—2016年呈"N"+"W"趋势,各经济区之间的能源效率差异较大,并且呈现成都最高、中部次之、川西紧随、川南川东北垫底的态势;不同能源种类能源效率平均水平差距较小,但煤炭和天然气全要素能源效率波动较大;不同地区、不同种类全要素能源效率差距悬殊,其中煤炭、石油、天然气和电力全要素能源效率最高的地区均在雅安,煤炭、石油和电力全要素能源效率最低的地区均在乐山,天然气全要素能源效率最低的则在广元。最后,提出了提高能源效率的具体建议。
According to the panel data from 1999 to 2016 in different regions of Sichuan,the Undesirable-SBM-windows-DEA model is used to calculate the total factor energy efficiency of different regions in Sichuan.The research found that:total factor energy efficiency show an "N"+"W" trend in the period of 1999 to 2016,and the energy efficiency among different economic zones are quite different,presenting the ranking like Chengdu,the central of Sichuan,the west of Sichuan,the south and the northeast of Sichuan.The average level gap of energy efficiency of different energy types is small,but the energy efficiency of coal and natural gas is fluctuating greatly.The gaps in the total energy efficiency of different types of different regions are quite wide.The regions with the highest energy efficiency of coal,oil,natural gas and electricity are all inYa'an.The regions with the lowest energy efficiency of coal,oil and electricity are all in Leshan.The lowest energy efficiency is in Guangyuan.Finally,some relevant policy recommendations for improving energy efficiency are proposed.
