摘要
就业服务质量是提升高校就业率的重要举措和关键通道。在对影响就业服务质量的因子进行分析的基础上,构建了大学生就业质量评价指标体系,并以河北经贸大学为例,通过随机调查和IPA分析法对大学生就业服务质量重要性和绩效进行全面分析和评价。最后,提出了提升高校就业服务质量的措施。
Employment service quality is an important measure and the key channel to improve the employment rate and quality employment rate in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the quality of employment service,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the employment quality of college students.Taking Hebei University of Economics and Business as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation for the importance and performance of employment service quality of college students through random investigation and IPA analysis.Finally,some measures to improve the quality of employment service in universities are put forward.
