Civilization Conflict and Liu Xiaofeng's Standpoint of Absolute Value Theory

五四以降,中西文明冲突走过了百年的历程。刘小枫从"绝对价值论"立场对中西文明冲突的审视在百年中西文明交流史上具有独特的价值。其价值体现在:在文明冲突研究中引入了"价值现象学"视角;在80年代的思想语境中,批判了社会本位和个体本位,起到了价值重建的作用;将文明冲突从一个集体事件转化成了一个有关生存意义问题的个体精神事件。

Since the May 4th Movement,the civilization conflict between China and west has stridden over the history of 100 years.Liu Xiaofeng examined the conflict of Chinese and Western civilization from his standpoint of absolute value theory,which had the unique value in the century history of Chinese and western civilization exchanges.Its value lies in the following aspects:introducing the visual angle of phenomenology of value to the research of civilization conflicts,criticizing the social standard and individual standard in the context of 80's thought,and thus taking the role in the value reconstruction,transforming civilization conflict from one collective event to an individual spirit event about the problem of survival significance.
