女大学生领导力的内涵与培养路径探析——基于过程哲学的视角 被引量:4

摘要 基于过程哲学的理论视角,本研究将女大学生领导力的内涵界定为:综合女大学生行为特质与行为过程的动态影响力。它是一种从意识到人际交互作用再到技能掌握的行动过程的能力模型,包含构建愿景的能力、决策行动的能力和实践反思的能力。在实践中女大学生领导力的培养路径有:通过系列课程促进女大学生对领导力的认知,提升构建愿景的能力;通过各类社团活动培养女大学生的领导力特质,加强在行为过程中决策行动的能力;通过专门的领导力项目,培养女大学生实践反思的能力。 Based on the theoretical perspective of process philosophy, this study defines the connotation of female college students’ leadership as the dynamical influence of female college students’ behavioral traits and behavioral processes, and the model of the ability to understand the dynamic from interpersonal interaction to skill mastery which include the ability to build a vision, the ability to make decisions, and the ability to practice reflection.In practice, we trained female college students’ leadership to enhance their cognitive learning and the ability to construct a vision through the series of courses;to cultivate their leadership characteristics and strengthen their ability in decision making through various school community activities;and to develop their ability to practice reflection through specialized leadership programs.
