摘要 创新驱动发展是国家战略,科技创新在我国全面创新中具有核心地位和引领作用。科技创新对我国北斗卫星导航定位系统及北斗卫星导航与位置服务产业发展意义重大,不仅有助于我国北斗系统积极参与国际卫星导航定位系统的激烈竞争,而且能不断提高我国北斗产业的市场竞争力。通过与GPS对标分析,对科技创新驱动北斗产业发展进行全方位战略分析,为我国北斗产业发展奠定科技创新的理论支撑和实践引领。 Innovation driven development is a national strategy, and technology innovation has the core position and leading role in China s comprehensive innovation. Technology innovation is of great significance to the development of Beidou satellite navigation and positioning system and Beidou satellite navigation and position service industry. It is helpful for China s Beidou system to actively participate in the fierce competition of the international satellite navigation and positioning system, and continuously improve the market competitiveness of Beidou industry in China. Through the benchmarking with GPS, the article conducts all-round strategic analysis on the development of Beidou industry driven by technology innovation, which serves as the theoretical support and practice guidance for the development of Beidou industry in China.
