摘要
立足山东省新旧动能转换的发展实际,分析智能制造产业特点,筛选影响智能制造产业布局的因素,构建智能制造产业布局优势度指标体系,以山东省137个县市区为研究样本,运用综合评价和空间自相关分析等方法探测山东省智能制造产业布局的优势度指数与空间集聚特征,进而提出智能制造业产业前瞻性布局方案。结果显示,山东省智能制造产业布局优势度存在较大地区差异,具有东高西低、北高南低的特征,智能制造产业布局优势度呈强的空间正相关分布,并显现出初步的集聚发展趋势,未来可通过强化沿海产业集聚区、打造省会产业聚集区、完善济青发展轴带和启动鲁南发展轴带的布局方案加以引导培育。
Based on the actual development condition of replacing old growth drivers with new ones Shandong Province, this study analyzes the characteristics of the intelligent manufacturing industry, screens the influencing factors of intelligent manufacturing industry layout, builds intelligent manufacturing industry layout dominance index system and takes 137 counties and districts of Shandong Province as the research samples to explore the dominance index and spatial agglomeration characteristics of intelligent manufacturing industry of Shandong Province by using the methods of comprehensive evaluation and spatial autocorrelation analysis;and then this study puts forward the prospective layout plan of intelligent manufacturing industry.The results show that there are great regional differences in intelligent manufacturing industry layout dominance in Shandong Province, which is low in east and south, and high in west and north. The intelligent manufacturing industry layout dominance presents strong spatial correlation distribution and preliminary cluster development trend. In the future,it can be guided and cultivated through the layout planning of strengthening the coastal industrial agglomeration area, building industrial agglomeration area of provincial capital, improving the development axial zone between Jinan and Qingdao, and cultivating the development axial zone of South Shandong Province.
