On the Appropriate Amount of Water Added to the Decoction of Traditional Chinese Herbs with Sealed Tisane Machine

目的:为了规范中医院煎药流程,提高煎药质量,寻找一种快捷、合理的方法,将中药煎煮加水量控制在一定范围内。方法:选择门诊的不同处方,在经验加水的基础上,观察加水量和得药量(需要体积)的关系,得到平均吸水系数(K),根据平均系数求出加水量。结果:加水量经验公式,V_(加水量)=1.70×中药质量+V_(需要体积)+680。结论:加水误差在允许范围内,为提高煎药质量提供保证。

Objective:In order to standardize the hospital tisane process,improve the quality of tisanes,and look for a quick and reasonable method to control water adding amount for the decoction of Chinese traditional herbs in a certain range.Methods:Choose different prescriptions of outpatient service,on the basis of ever experience of water adding,the relationship between the amount of water added and the amount of medicine obtained is observed,and average water adsorption coefficient(K)is obtained.Based on the average water adsorption coefficient,water adding amount is obtained.Results:the water adding empirical formula is:V water content=1.70×quality of herbs+V+680.Conclusion:the average error is within a allowable range,it provides assurance for improving the quality of the decoction.
