某岛礁驻岛人员不同年龄阶段疾病谱分析

The disease spectrum analysis of personnel of different ages stationed on the island-reef

目的调查某岛礁驻岛人员不同年龄阶段疾病谱的特点,为做好岛礁医疗保障工作提供依据。方法于某岛礁医院提取2016年10月—2017年5月患者病历资料,按年龄分为4组,各组所有病例按《ICD-10疾病诊断名称及代码目录》规定的疾病名称进行记录并归类,统计各年龄阶段各系统疾病的发病例数及记录各组排名前10位的具体疾病,并行统计学分析。结果不同年龄阶段各系统性疾病发病比例差异比较有统计学意义(P<0. 05);各年龄段排名前10位的疾病构成不同。结论岛礁不同年龄段人群其具体疾病发生各有不同,各系统性疾病发病情况亦各有不同,故根据不同年龄阶段,采取针对性的医疗保障,非常必要。

Objective To research the composition characteristics of the disease spectrum of personnel of different ages stationed on a Island-reef,and to provide basis for medical and health support. Methods To select the medical records of patients in a island-reef hospital from October2016 to May 2017,and divided those into 4 groups according to age. The medical records of each group were classified according to ICD-10 and record. The cases of systemic diseases in various age groups and the top 10 specific diseases in various age groups were analyzed. Results The incidence of systemic diseases in different age groups was statistically significant( P<0. 05). The top 10 specific diseases in each age group were different. Conclusion The specific diseases in different age groups are different and the incidence of systemic diseases in different age groups is not alike statistically significant. To develope different safeguard measures according to different age stages were important to complete the medical service support.
