Constructing a New Innovative Talent Training Model Based on Synergies Between Research and Teaching

摘要 以安徽理工大学材料学院设置的资源循环科学与工程专业为例,通过"一平台和一模式"的构建(以"课程设计—学科竞赛—科研项目"为主题的科研创新平台和以"课程体系—专题讲座—实践教学"为内涵的教育创新模式),实现科教合力,一方面强化了学生的动手能力,更为重要的是在整个环节中开拓了学生的视野,提升了学生对存在问题的洞察能力以及解决实际问题的能力,进而增强了学生的主动创新意识。 Taking the resource recycling science and engineering major set up by the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Anhui University of Science and Technology as an example,through the construction of"one platform and one model"( the scientific research innovation platform with the theme of " Course Design-Discipline Competition-Scientific Research Project" and the educational innovation model with " Course System-Special Lecture-Practical Teaching"),synergies between research and teaching can be realized. On the one hand,it can strengthen the practical ability of the students. More importantly,it can also expand the horizons of the students in the whole process and enhance the students ’ sensitivity and their ability to deal with practical problems while cultivating their initiative innovation consciousness.
