摘要
系统科学理论所揭示的系统元素普遍联系及相互作用的基本规律,可以为高校教师科研业绩考评的改进提供重要启发。从系统建构的完整性分析,应进一步完善教师科研业绩考评机制的设置;从系统构成的多样性考虑,应进一步优化教师科研业绩分类考评的设计;从系统生成的动态性观察,应进一步更新教师科研业绩考评的指标体系。
The basic rules of universal linkages and interaction of system factors that are revealed by the System Theory,which can provide significant enlightens for the improvement of college teachers’ scientific research achievements evaluation. College teachers’ scientific research achievements evaluation mechanism setting should be further improved from the variety of system formation,the classification design of teachers’ scientific research achievements evaluation should be optimized and the indexes of teachers’ scientific research achievements evaluation should be renewed timely.
