PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效探讨

Efficacy of PPH combined with rectal mucosal suture in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids with rectal intramucosal prolapse

目的:研究探讨PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效。方法:收治内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂患者50例,随机均分两组,对照组PPH治疗,观察组PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组疗效较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于内痔伴有直肠黏膜内脱垂的患者,采取PPH联合直肠黏膜缝缩术治疗,可以增强疗效,安全性较高,并发症少,可以减少患者的住院时间。

Objective:To study the effect of PPH combined with rectal mucosal suture in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids with rectal mucosal prolapse.Methods:50 patients with internal hemorrhoids associated with rectal intramucosal prolapse were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups equally,the control group was treated with PPH,while the observation group was treated with PPH combined with rectal mucosal suture contraction,we compared the curative effect of the two groups.Conclusion:For patients with internal hemorrhoids and rectal mucosal prolapse,PPH combined with rectal mucosal suture and contraction can enhance the curative effect,which have higher safety,fewer complications,and can reduce hospitalization time.
