MIPPO技术治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折临床疗效的对照研究

A comparative study of MIPPO technique in the treatment of closed tibiofibular fractures

目的:探讨针对闭合性胫腓骨骨折患者应用MIPPO技术治疗的临床效果。方法:收治闭合性胫腓骨骨折患者100例,以随机抽样法分为两组,各50例。对照组患者行常规手术治疗,观察组患者则采取MIPPO技术进行治疗。结果:观察组患者术中平均出血量和切口长度均少于或短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后活动功能优良率显著高于对照组,而术后并发症率则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对闭合性胫腓骨骨折患者采取MIPPO技术治疗可取得较好临床效果,能够有效改善患者术后活动功能,并降低并发症风险。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of MIPPO in the treatment of patients with closed tibiofibular fracture.Methods:100 cases of closed tibiofibular fracture were selected,the patients were divided into the two groups by random sampling with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent routine surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with MIPPO.Results:The average intraoperative blood loss and incision length of the observation group were less than or shorter than the control group,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.The excellent and good rate of postoperative activity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:MIPPO treatment for patients with closed tibiofibular fractures can achieve better clinical results,which can effectively improve postoperative activity and reduce the risk of complications.
